Added highway pegs to my 2020 R

Well, I spent some time the last two days working the the highway pegs and now have a set installed and hope to test them today with a ride. It was more difficult than I was expecting and it added some weight in order to place them where I wanted them. If I end up liking them I’ll have to finish and paint the steel brackets. It’s too bad Triumph didn’t offer some traditional crash bars that would be the best way to mount highway pegs. I did a search and never found any aftermarket bars either.

OK, I think I'm done except for the finishing touches (like painting the highway peg brackets) Just got the Corbin seat put on today so don't have any ride time on it but it feels good at rest. The highway pegs work fairly well and allowed me to move the legs around to ease some discomfort on a long ride with the old seat. Will have to see how they work with the new seat.
