Wire is ok. Battery trick does not work too. ABS fault could not be erased like this.
Could you guys check how far the sensor surface is from the ABS small disc in the front?

if u can get to the abs sensor connectors u can ohm them. also if u have access to a scope u can check wave form.
as a guess i would say about 1 volt per mph.
as a guess i would think about .020 i do not have abs

As an aside, TuneECU does run on Windows 10.

Good luck with your investigations. Have you ridden the bike each time as it takes a few metres of riding before it goes out?

@asilak have you tried jacking the bike up so the wheels are off the ground then rotors each wheel looking at the ABS ring? If it is bent even slightly it can show ABS warning light.

Hi, the same thing happened to mine and all that was required was to remove the washer from under the sensor which basically allowed the sensor to get closer to the ring and all was fixed, the error stayed there but the light went out and next time it went to the dealer he connected it up to the puter and wiped the codes.....all fixed

Thx, will try. Someone wrote me that there should be 1.5mm between the sensor and ABS ring. Could anyone confirm?

was the sensor itself visible? mine is fully hidden in the mounting and about 8mm far from the ABS ring.
