Brother, you’ve lost a lot of weight n lookin real good. Just like anything else you gotta work your way up to all your goals & the best way to do that is consistency.

Once you get consistent in your workouts you will keep that weight off easier. It’s not about how fast you are, it’s about maintaining what you’ve worked for. All I was trying to do with this thread was give you some fun, motivation to stick with what you are already doing. If it’s taxing your system, then it’s doing you some good, so keep it up my brother!
