Yeah, I kept looking at all the Triumph cars like the Spitfire, TR 4 and 6 trying to see something that resembled those blinkers Never would have figured the hood ornament on a 57 Chevy. Geez, and I have seen a few of them in my younger years, lol.

Thanks guys. I knew I was limited on bling when I bought the bike so I googled chrome rockets thinking I might find a hood ornament off an Olds Rocket or something to put on my front fender. I saw several different rockets from the 50's and 60's to choose from but they weren't too specific about dimensions and I didn't want to end up with a 20 lb chrome monster to deal with. These popped up and I gave 35 bucks for the pair. I documented some of it with video and hope to have one made up for YouTube in the next couple of days. I like that I can switch back to the stock ones if I choose to.

Are your turn signals also brake lights? I had that setup on a Harley.

They are just turn signals. I wanted them to be both but could only find the single element LED lights to fit the rockets. I will be on the lookout for dual element lights though because I would like to make them work like the Harley set-up and then eliminate the stock brake light.

Okay, I think I found a set of old school mirrors for the Rocket. I've looked through thousands and finally decided on these. Hopefully I will have one mounted up by next week with some photos.
