2005 R3 surging

I have noticed lately that My Rocket is surging at no throttle/ idle speeds. If I am idleling thru a parking lot the idle surges up & down, not all the time but often enough to be irritating.
I did cut my baffles out about a month ago, but it was doing it prior to that just happening more often.
Any ideas?

There was a idle recall on all 2005's. You might want check your angle sensor magnet might be fouled.

Check and reset the TPS.

Thanks for the info, I will check both of these as soon as I figure out how. I have a tuneboy but have not used it yet.
