Without touching the throttle, let the engine run for 12 minutes before turning on the radiator cooling fan. How did you do it?
Don't understand your question. My understanding of the 12 minute tune is to start and let bike idle unil fan starts then from that point let the bike continue to idle for 12 minutes.

Clearly Stated. Do not touch throttle at all during procedure. Start the bike. Let it idle until fan comes on. Continue to let it idle for another 12 minutes. Turn it off.
...thats how i understand it too...the 12 min tune will give AFR sensor the air/fuel readings which then go to the ECU allowing it to relearn any adjustments at idle...if any especially if you have changed the air intake system or exhaust system. You can hear the motor adjusting as it running.....it is only good during idle.

Its easy to load the parts cannon when someone else is paying for it. Thats basically how forum suggestions go 😆 glad the simple solution worked out for ya.
Well done, you have read my mind perfectly and expressed the way forums work in a way I have never been able to articulate. I am 100% going to steal this line.
