11.5 " Progressive 440's

If you put 11.5 " Progressive 440's on your Rocket do you have to get a different kick stand? Do you have to shorten the kick stand?? Has anybody already done this?? What is the difference from HD and Reg Progressive 440's?? :?: :?:
 
Would be more upright though .
Might need to be little more consideration where you park up :?
 
I have 11.5" 412s and noticed little or no difference about the kickstand. You can tell a difference when you sit on the seat.
 
Would you lose out on ground clearance losing an inch of the shocks , scrapes easy as it is :?
 
kick stand

Gary, this bike is lowered one and a half inches and I just cut the stand and welded a new pad on it...Jack :lol:
