    I'm running tripple K&N's with the preds and got a 2nd hand PC3. On the PC3 theres a thin black wire that comes out of the loom about 10" up from the unit. Being black does this go to ground? Performance wise, how many plates is it best to run in the preds with a short can? Thanks.
