I've never been a fan of them, but lots of folks here do love them. I have favorite tires, but they all get about the same mileage. The favs wear more evenly and, of course, to me anyway seem to perform better.

Oh, now, don't get us started.....

But, since you asked.... Motul 7100. It's red and looks like cough syrup- for that alone and no other reason, making it the greatest oil on earth :laugh:

I use 5100, but agreed, we won't go there, it was just a bit of cheek.

What is the difference between 5100 and 7100 ? Do they have different intended uses ?

7100 is full synthetic & 5100 is semi syn. On the open road, no difference, lots of city riding, 7100 has the edge, just. That's from Motul.
