Hopped on my scooter today and the first thing that I heard leaving the driveway was a woeful groan from down below. I am used to the whine coming from the gearbox but this...this reminds me of sea trials on an aircraft carrier when we went from full ahead to full reverse.
Clutch pulled in no groan, neutral no groan.
OOOhhhhhhhh! Perhaps it is a Halloween spirit?

well, it was 30 degrees this morning. I used to ride my hogs down to -10 degrees w/out trouble.

Yes I have ridden at 10 below on my Roadking. Just put on my snowmobile gear and go. Haven't had much snow in recent years.
