Which engine guards (or would they be called radiator guards)

Grampi you definitely want the Triumph Branded Engine Dresser bars for the Roadster. They are GORGEOUS. They are rock solid. I added the the Adjustable highway peg mounts on the bars as well. The ones I got look like this. You'll need to decide which pegs you want, but these adjustable pegs are really adjustable to fit just the way you like. You can mount them anywhere on the bar as high or low as you want, then you can change the angle and you can pretty much get that "Long cruiser leg" type of position that your use to quite easily for long highway riding.

As Ricochet said. Have the dresser bars, adjustable pegs installed.

I dropped the bike last week, to keep out from under a log truck trailer's wheels. The bars were undamaged, as was the bike. The peg took the fall, with a tiny scratch on the end. The clamp rotated a tiny bit with the fall. Loosened it and put it back where it was. No issues.

They look good, and they work. The bruise on the leg is healing.

Have had the bike just over a month. Able to use the highway pegs a few times. They get your legs stretched out, and you can adjust them as you please.

There may be other guards and such out there. The Triumph stuff is finished in brilliant chrome and is obvious high quality. And, it is going to fit without messing with it.

Not at all! Just clamp onto the bars the way you want, then you can adjust the "Rotation" of the arm higher or lower depending on your tastes, then you can install the peg with a bolt and your off to the races. Very easy, very good looking pegs.

Sorry, I didn't mean the pegs, are the engine guards difficult to install?

engine guards are easy you need to get a floor jack under the engine to relax the weight. you will know you have it right when you can move the front engine mount bolt in and out of the bike with your fingers. it will also spin freely. after you get to this point use the proper torque and your good to go.

Also if your buying used ones make sure you do not get the weak first series of them. They are about as useful as a c_nt full of cold water :D

I will be buying new...thanks!

Grampi this is how I setup my pegs. I have short legs so I've got them angled towards me. I gives me perfect "cruiser" position!
