What's it worth?

I'm thinking of selling my 08 R3C. It's blue/silver (in case that makes a difference) TOR's, CAT bypass, heated grips, fuel guage, clock, Triumph Alarm, Corbin Dual Tour Heated Seat (and original seat), Corbin Beetle Bags (brand new), Corbin Fleetliner Fairing and a couple of extra screens.

Has less than 20k miles, has been kept serviced by Triumph dealer. With everything, spent $24,000 on it in '08, dealer tod me today I'd be lucky to shift it for 8 or 9k.

This isn't a classified, just figuring if it's worth selling or not.

wow I am no expert but with the corbin extra and low mileage I think you should get more like $11000. I saw a car dealer not long ago asking 12500 and willing to let go a 05 loaded like yours for 10500

Unfortunately all the added on goodies we install do little to increase the resale value. The way to get as much of your investment back as possible is to strip the goodies off the bike, then sell the bike as stock. Then advertise the goodies separately for sale on the web.

You know in 10 years you are going to kick yourself for selling it. So just keep it if you don't need the money.

very good advice !! sell it as stock and advertise the extra the corbin stuff is expensive sell it separately!!
