Motul 7100 used by the dealer here in Aus. 10W40 - 5.4 liters with the fiilter change and 5.1 liters without (as if you would). Manual recommends Mobil 1 Racing 4T either 10W40 or 15W50.

I wouldn't risk putting BP oil in my engine not with all the sand thats in it .

Fuchs Silcolene Comp 4 10w40 synthetic. API SG, SH & SJ, JASO MA. I always use an oil that meets the Japanese testing standard (JASO MA)
