June works for me. Maggie Valley, nice place, but been there done that many times. The Hub, kinda turning into a $hit hole. It's too bad, it's in a great location.

It's the hotel part of an abandoned amusement park. They cater to the motorcycle crowd. They have a decent restaurant there, but the hotel part is in bad shape. It appears they aren't putting any money back into the place. Just driving it till the wheels fall off. It could be a gold mine with a large infusion of money.

I'd love to go, but if it's warm out, it's hard for me to get too far from home, and with three little kids.....
But August is my least busy month, and AR is close, so that would be the best chance for me personally. Now that I think about it though, Ontario is just as close and would probably be a lot nicer in August. I'd have to get a new passport....

That's my understanding of the rules......I could be wrong? I rarely leave my county, so I don't pay too much attention to these things.

I think it's actually coming back into the US that's the issue. Ironic that it's harder for a citizen to enter the US than an 'undocumented worker'.
