What is this bolt?

My Rocket 111 Touring has a very very small oil leak from a bolt on the sump. The bolt is 14mm and located about 1.5" diagonally forward from the sidestand stop rubber. It faces straight down and is not one of the bolts holding the sump casing on.
The bike is new and the dealer tried tightening it but it still leaks so he is going to have another look. I'm sure they will fix it but I'm just interested to know what the bolt is and the dealer wasn't that sure!! It looks like it maybe a drain plug of some sort. Any ideas?​

I have 08 std which did the same thing the dealer tried cleaning out the thread, put in a copper washer and retentioning it, it still leaked the dealer then contacted the Aussie distributor and on their advice removed and bolt cleaned it and applied a sealant, after a while and it has not leaked but the distributor said they would replace the lower engine case which is what the bolt is holding to the upper case there was a suggestion that it may be poreus, only time will tell. the sealant idea was to elimilnate any chance that it was leaking throught the tread
