I'm not allowed to pump in the mud hole

It's surrounded by caution tape and dire warnings of what would occur should I ever attempt to access it

Mate a good driller will pump mud all day long. I was drilling today for a couple of hrs, it was a short hole tho made a quick grand and got out of there.
