On the sunday just gone i went on a ride with some friends from another triumph forum i frequent and the day was going great nice weather great roads and great company when all of a sudden on pine mountain road at pine mountain i came around the corner to find two of our friends had collided with a car on their triumph daytona.
the car was half on there side the road and they had nowhere to go.
Believe it or not apart from the obvious bruising and scrapes the rider sufferd only a broken collerbone and his pillion concussion and a broken wrist.
very lucky people

Nasty. Scary to think it was them on that bit of road in that instant. Glad to hear they were too badly hurt. Being with someone when this happens is very sobering. Take care mate.
 
The bike looks like that and they ended up with just those injuries. Luck was on their side that day. Good to hear they're relatively unscathed.
