Trooper Watts and I were on a first name basis during my teenage years. I own a Va State police 1991 Caprice Classic by proxy.
 
State Trooper Stop

My favorite comedian, Emo Philips, said he was driving in Massachusetts and was swerving a little bit from drinking too much cold medicine when a State Trooper pulled him over.
He approached the driver's window and asked, " Do you know what the penalty is for drunk driving in Massachusetts?" Emo replied, " Re-election to the Senate"?
