Urgent - I need a rear spindle for a 07 R3 Classic - Fast

Hey All,

I am putting the word out to the community, I am in desperate need of a rear spindle for a 07 Rocket III Classic. (Triumph Part Number 5567830-001)

I am supposed to be headed down to the DelMarVa bike week next thursday and my bike is in the shop. Part is back ordered. Triumph UK is shipping some to Triumph US. If they don't get stuck in customs, my dealership should have them by thursday afternoon. (The day I am supposed to leave)

What really sucks, is that this issue was caused by the dudes on the assembly line not installing the outer spacer in the rear wheel assembly. I just bought the bike in June with 1 mile on it. Ran it up to 3k in a hurry, then discovered this.

I can't say enough about the service department at the dealership. I know they are trying as hard as they can. The guy calls me a couple times a day to keep me informed, but there doesn't seem to be much he can do.

So.... anyone who has this part, please send me a PM. I will gladly pay your asking price plus post to get it overnight.

Man... Hate to reply to my own post...

Anyway, Fredericktown Triumph is going to hook me up with a spindle from another bike in stock.

Thanks to everyone who took a look, I thought it was a long shot that someone would have one of these things just laying around.

I'm not sure but doesn't the dealer install the rear wheel? Still, Fredericktown is a good dealer. that's where I got my Rocket.

Nope... That part comes assembled from the factory.

cjacob, I felt bad I couldn't help, but I am glad your dealer hooked you up. Everybody looking to buy, check out that dealer, that's where you want to be a 'preferred customer' for sure.
