Well it will be 6 weeks this Sunday that the boys went down. I am glad to say that the boys are all on the mend. AJ is still in his brace for his collar bone but other wise doing good. He was the first one down and had the concusion. Matt is his twin brother and the last one down and he was just a little banged up but he is doing good now.
But their younger brother Daniel is healing from his broken ribs and fractured back. He is doing good also but he has been complaining about his right knee that was never even looked at, at the hospital. He finally got into a Doc today and found out that he busted it up pretty good and they are going to do surgery next Friday the 25th to repair it and drain the fluid.
All three of their bikes were totaled and the twins made a run a couple of weeks ago to replace their bikes. I couldn't get either one of them to get a Rocket because their "Old Man" has one but at least they are riding again.
AJ bought an 08 blacked out Yamaha Raider 1900 cc and Matt bought another Hardley Vrod Nightrod. Both are nice bikes but not for me. Daniel is buying a house and has decided to wait till spring to replace his ride.
I think that having this web site to tell my story has helped me deal with my emotions and has let me know that there are people out there that are very real and caring folks and it does the old heart good to know that guys like yall cared enough to take time to wish us well.

A great big thank you from the Evans Clan in Northern Oklahoma.

Glad to hear that everyone is doing better and that they are in the saddle again or eventually will be.

Take care out on the road, and glad to hear you had a lot of "local" support.

Great news T. Being young does wonders for the healing process. As long as it is done correctly and with no shortcuts. This ole codger busted 6 in 06' and I don't notice them at all except the plate in the lower leg which is coming out soon. Nothing like a good healthy dose of reality to put things in perspective and glad the lesson your sons got wasn't worse. I know that doesn't sound right but hope you got the intent without sounding too impersonal. I shaddup now.
