Tyre pressures

Yeah, I usually get two rears to one front. Aftermarket rear shock made a huge difference. I went with a Wilbur’s. And a bump is still a bump. It is not near as sharp. But this is not a gold wing. On corners with ripples, uneven pavement, and just bumps, the difference is just unreal. Locked-down, motoring. And that’s the kind of riding I like to do on my Rocket.

There’s so many Companies out there nowadays, it be mind boggling. One person’s go to, another might not get on with. From my experience doing track days and fast road riding, I swore blind by WP shocks or Hagon for Mono-shocks and if you can afford one Öhlins.

30/32 psi front/rear (cold pressure) riding solo in summer - R3GT
That's 10 - 12psi under recommended pressure. What brand / spec of tires are you using? SA gets pretty hot, so wonder if the pressure comes up to 42 during a run. Do you have a TPMS on the bike? I'd be interested to know temps & pressure during a ride & what the ambient is at the same time.

no i don’t have tpms, its kind of useless IMO. when ridding my pressure goes up to 38 front and 40 on the rear. im running cruisetec. higher pressures reduce the contact patch and the carcass/rubber temp.
