I observe a tuk tuk sound from the final shaft drive while reversing the bike manually in neutral. The same sound appears in first gear when i clutch in and also second gear. What could be the reason ?, i changed the tyres 600 miles before and the same started just 20 miles before and is very noticeable.
I did circles with the bike and the sound is plenty!!

Forgive my language!! Its a semi metallic sound !! First i thought it was my number plate !! But the thing is from d final drive shaft, rode the bike in front of few bikers ! All of them noticed the sound, i wil jack the rear tyre rotate it manually and check if the sound persists. But jus worried if that thing happens only in gear with the clutch pulled in!!

Like was said before, it could be a stone caught somewhere. Sounds on a motorcycle are funny, the may seem to come from somewhere a distance away from the issue. I would check all moving parts and parts where things move inside others for a stone, even inside the brake caliper.

I can't even imagine what a tuk tuk sound would sound like

Something like this?

I very very occasionally get this metallic clunk sound - In 1st gear with clutch pulled in at very low speed. Especially when the engine is already HOT - i.e. fan on.
Sounds like the noise that comes from the transfer box on my Land Rover. Just keep an eye on it - unless it gets worse - ignore it.

Dismantled the wheel , greased the shaft & changed the final drive oil. To isolate the sound! removed the wheel and put in gear 1 and rotate the final drive ! no sound !

finally found that the problem ( sound ) is from the bearing @ brake rotor side:(!

ordered all the three bearings and spacers!!:(

How will these bearings damage in 5500 miles!! o_Oo_O
