Troubles and havent even had first ride

maybe i missed something did you take the injectors off the fuel rail and clean out the rail then get the injectors cleaned? or did you just put it back?
Hi turbo0200r4

sorry forgot to add that i couldnt do it yesterday, where going to do that first up while waiting for the tps to arrive. i got a place just around the corner that cleans them. i was hoping that it wouldnt take long to do, i will try to see if i can pop them out and clean them and if i cant then run it down to the shop for pro cleaning.

.... hopefully the tps arrives today ....

If the rest of the TPS test checks out OK, as described, I wouldn't install this - it already looks to be OK, at least per idle position, so I would leave that alone.

Important things are to complete the injector cleaning (professional service) and at least visually inspect the MAP sensor connections again and ensure you have no avenues for air leak.

Given the condition of the pump and the fuel rail, these look to be the prime movers in the issue and you need to complete that renovation in full (it's almost impossible to DIY injectors yourself and you have no means of calibration to see if they are flowing correctly)
So I would skip the attempts yourself and go straight the local service for clean & cal/flow test

I'd really like to see a pressure reading out of the pump just to 100% eliminate that at this point - gauge is usually pretty inexpensive at auto-parts store (not sure about locally there, but in US here you can usually borrow/rent these from the parts stores)
But you can wait & just see if it runs after the injector cleaning - if problem still not 100%, do the pressure test at that point.
(you need gauge that will read 3 bar - ~45 psi)

Here's a place I found in search that looks like they do pretty thorough job
https://www.efihardware.com/products/2040/Ultrasonic-Injector-Cleaning
Main website says Melbourne but this link says have location in Adelaide

Also saw some referrals for Petro-ject in Stepney

Wherever you go, make sure you use a service that will do a flow-rate test and not just a cleaning machine - you want to know that they flow to spec when you're done.

Hi Karl,

Been following your thread and sympathise but on the bright side as you say you've learnt loads.

I can't remember every twist and turn and know they are mainly around fuel and tps. Have you considered the plug leads as they can breakdown under load or changing out both the plugs and leads?

Hi all took the fuel rail into the shop, i pick it up tomorrow will have ultra sonic clean and pressure tested. the owner seemed to know what he was talking about and seemed like a top guy. so i will resume my adventure tomorrow :) tonight i will study the etune again ready for tomorrow.

Maybe while rail is off, run the pump a little to flush the line out - if you turn on ignition (Kill to Run position) pump will run for about 3 secs; Set Kill/Run to Kill, then Run again & it will get another 3 secs
(or you can also run pump from 'Tests' page in TuneECU.) Just put the hose in a jar to catch the gas.
That will just help to ensure no residual crud in line that might otherwise go into your pristine refreshed fuel rail & injectors. ;)

p.s. when you pick them up, you might ask if he has new o-rings

See the hose nipples on either side of each injector port (this image has the throttle bodies inverted obviously):
each of the hoses goes the the TEE and the MAP sensor;
the other three nipples should have rubber caps on them
(on bikes with fuel vapor emissions control canister, these have hoses which are part of that system)
So make sure those three ports are 'plugged', as well as the three vac hoses to the MAP sensor being in good shape.
(the spigot on the right side of image - next to the TPS - should also be capped.
