Tried to clean up the tail... Better or worse?

My tag bracket has white LEDs that are embedded to illuminate the tag.

I think it looks sharp, the only concerns I would have in your situation is if the turn signal can be seen from the side of the bike and if the LED's are bright enough. I like to let everyone know what direction I'm planning to go next. I really like the low profile look though. Good work!

both ways are very nice. and with license plate higher that might be a solution to stop spray like people seem to be complaining about. looks good

I like it! I just bought the Thornton Hundred curved side mount + Wunderkind LED signals (spent ridiculous cash on both of those!!!) but as I've removed the stock mount, not sure....kinda liking what you have done better...much cleaner than stock but maybe better than what I had planned. Maybe I will install, take some pics, then decide and see if any on here prefer the side mount to buy.
