New tps installed
Baxters Cycle had a new and improve TPS in stock and sent to me.
Two years ago I had to swap the TPS sensors to get the bike home from a trip. It was going to 3000 rpms to stalling at every stop. I took it to a Triumph dealer in Katy Texas and told them what was going on. I asked about the problems that they where having with them and if Triumph would take care of it under good well. After about a week I was told that Triumph would pick the cost of the TPS but I would have to pay for labor of $135.00. Not to bad for having to swap the sensor back and install a new design sensor . Now I asked three times about the new design sensor and was told that is was a new one.
Just removed a old secondary TPS sensor from the primary position. NOT a happy camper at the moment. The dealer had my bike for almost four weeks and not once did they ever call me. I always had to call to get updates. Time to call the dealer and get smoke blown up my back side.
New sensors is in and adjusted and reset. new plugs and she runs great once again.
