I have had work done, and am quite happy with the service even after. Whenever I have a question Bob takes the time to explain his opinions on the subject. I am not saying the scratch could not have happened I am saying if it did Bob is the type of man that would have had the fender changed before the owner of the bike showed up or even new it was scratched. As for the washers I suppose if Triumph can install TDU bearings backwards there is no way they could have left a few washers out. The fuel gauge man I hope no one who owns a touring bike takes the tank off and sets it aside. Because unpluging the harness and taking the 4 bolts out (the bear claw bolts the one in the front and the one that acts linke a hinge bolt) will screw theirs up also.
For those who believe this hog wash and decide not to buy their kits from them on the basis that this bull**** happend are only shorting themselves. But its ok stay in the slow lane with your 150 horses or less. Some people like riding donkey's me I like the fast ones.
