Other then the bolts falling off that they did not tighten completely at Baxters no problems at all
Oh and by the way there is no such thing as an upgrade kit. Triumph calls them update kits and they install them when they have to go into the engine. My torsional dampner bearing was installed backwards from the factory and I had no issues. Must have been lucky I guess as the second gear went first!!
What year and model is the bike? Something to check would be the gear selector fork, some were bolted on with the Locktite on the wrong end and came loose.
