Timing retard eliminater (TRE)

I have the ramair installed and did the 12 minute tune and test roared her. Then I downloaded a stock map from the form and tested again. No difference. I compared the stock map from my bike to the one I downloaded and they're the same.
( Penner's Early Roadster Stock Tune 2018-06-05. )
My question is... Do they retard the timing on a 2012 roadster? If so, how do I remove it? This was done in the tune from Hanson before. I was spoiled.
I also want to run with the secondaries 100% open. I did both of these on my 09 rocket and that bike would destroy this 12 roadster.
Is there a better tune I could use?

I purchased this before and then hanso sent me a tune and I no long needed it. It became just a gear indicator for my 09...

Just look at the map ignition tables if all are the same except neutral then its has been derestricted. If so welcome to the era of the toadster
