In my opinion, if your cables are somewhat free and not pinched.... when moving your throttle grip from off all the way till just off idle( just taking the slack out of the cables, You should be able to watch the cables get tight and then slack off) Have someone rattle the throttle while you watch the far ends of the cables at the throttle bodies......the cables will never be smooth and free if they are too tight...
Well, sorry to be so tardy on an update. Throttle is better but still locks up when bars are far right. I can live with it this way. I must not be understanding something about how to adjust the throttle cables.
