Yeah...tell him to use the Triumph US site not the UK Triumph site:D.

I know that when I worked at my dealership (in parts) we had a list of all parts that we had parted out for service or whatever and we would order (weekly) to replace our stock items that we normally carried so we "usually" would have a decent amount of "commonly" needed parts on hand to be available for use.

You guys are all just bragging. My nearest dealer is 1 1/2 hours away. I do a lot of planning and questioning before I haul myself over for maintenance. I do understand the frustration though. With the charges for labor hour that we are paying we need to be able to charge an incompetence fee to some folks!!:mad:
