If you trade it in towards a newer bike, you will save on the taxes for the new bike... That could end up being something that will make the deal better...
The problem with your bike, not that its a "problem" is that you've customized the crap out of it and a lot of people will not see it as you have, you've got an extreme paint job and stuff.. that makes it harder to sell in the long run.
It's the same reason when you buy a car, you don't buy a car in pink or fiery orange or something because when you do decide to sell it, it wont sell nearly as easy as a black car or a white car....
I guess the point I'm trying to make is that your bike is so customized that finding that ONE person who will go see it and go "Holy crap! Thats exactly what I wanted, a John Deere Motorcycle version of the most heavy, outrageous motorcycle ever made!" will be a very unique individual who would of been looking for something specific like that, versus someone who just wanted a black bike.
Trade it in towards the new bike, start from fresh again, and have all the nice new features.
