how did you go with tuning ? do you need power commander or can the ecu mapping be tweaked to suit

I never had an air/fuel gauge on it, ran fine stock, running the DNK map now and it's running great.

after installed cause crazy backfires when shifting to lower gear(1-3). Anyone know how to tune the ecu to reduce that crazy backfires?

most are using tuneecu and the maps that are on their website - TuneECU_Start

what value I need to change from tune ecu to reduce the backfires?

This is why I'm going the David Platt route I noticed on a few of the bug bike videos they had backfire and flames didn't seem to be running right without tuning

yes, I checked the bug instruction & they claimed need to tune but my local dealer refused to tune for me. The bug exhaust is pervious owner installed & he think the crazy backfires is very nice but that's too much for me & also generate extra heat

This UK model is Ok too. But it seems to be that only 3 to 2 not 3 to 3
