Tail end

anyone out there lucky enough to own both an R3 and a V-rod?

if so, could you have a good look at the tail of the v-rod (seat off etc etc) and tell me if you think it might be a feasable (within reason) to alter it to fit the R3?

I was lookin at one online with a tail end to cover a 240 section tyre and I thought it would go well on the R3.
