I have this light relay harness with a 3 prong switch that came with it, i want to use this 2 prong switch, i have the white wire coming out of the harness, see arrow, please explain like im retarded, that would be the only way i will understand, hand drawings will help:D

The diagram shows what would have been an illuminated switch - that is why it has the black ground wire connection.
If you are using a 2-wire switch then just connect the two wires to red and white (and does not matter which is which)
 
Thanks, i was not sure which color to cut, i'm installing led auxilary lights on my bikes, some guys say you need a relay and some say you don't since the led lights don't pull that much power, what is your opinion on this subject?
 
You need a relay
I would use ground to the switch then from switch to pin 85 of relay;
Ignition switched power to 86 of relay;
Fused power from battery to pin 30;
87 of relay out to your aux lights positive;
Ground to your aux lights negative
