I like hitting the Twisties when I can, but the rocket scrapes so fast that I've been trying to train myself to leave the Twisties for the KTMs, I keep telling myself "its a cruiser, just cruise" ha ha
I’m still trying to get the hang of that concept! 🤪 On my GT my heel will usually hit first and then comes the peg scrape and I know what comes after that and want no part of it. 🤕 Reasonable on the corner entrance and frisky on the exit.

I was bolder on my Roadster, I think, as far as dragging the pegs, although the 3R does have a bit more clearance. At first I was dragging the pegs on it, but less often, and then had a date with an oily spot in a curve. I'm a bit more cautious these days.

I rode behind @Nashvegas, not all that long ago, and he was carving some pretty tight turns on the twisties.

That’s because I had scary “cat eyes” right behind me! 🙀 Love those lights!

At 420 lbs the book setting for 2 up is pretty good. Didn't feel very good at all how they had it set from the factory. At 600 with my wife on the back the rear shock is definitely working hard and almost compressed. I'll be upgrading it probably before next summer. Riding season is over for me for the year.
