Cory and Richard did two SC installs last week. My bike and one other Rocket.
So far, it looks like an absolutely top notch job. My bike was just picked up this morning from the Indy Triumph dealer and is now headed back to Oregon, so I should be able to share more opinions once I get it back in a week or so. But I'm very pleased with what I have seen so far.
Indianapolis was a looooong way to go for an install, but I think it was worth it. I hope to see others follow :lol:

Now once those Predators show up ... that's another story. Hopefully I'll have my training wheel on by then :lol:
Speaking of which, both the sidecar and the bike were picked up for transport today. Pure coincidence. One is coming from Hannigan Motors in Murray Kentucky, the other from Triumph in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Who knows, maybe they'll both end up on the same truck and be delivered the same day.
The wait is almost over.

As for riding in the chair ... I've got 5x little ones all rearing to go. Also my spouse. Should be good fun for them. Like a carnival ride at a back woods amusement park. You know the kind, where the guy has an eye patch, and there is oil leaking from the ride and sparks flying out of the power outlet! Pure excitement :lol:
I wish my dad had a sidecar when I was little. He had a motorcycle until the day he died ... but I never actually saw it run :cry: I remember sitting on it in the garage when I was a little kid. It never did move though.

I posted in haste, and not a little foggy from the pain killers, after my accident. After talking to witnesses a few days later it turned out the road was covered in mud from a field entrance. I wouldn't want to imply that an SC and Preds is too much, nothing succeeds like excess. :wink: :lol:

I have to agree with Perds. I drove the bike around Indianapolis a little bit. Not far, but enough to get a feel for the bike. I was able to maneuver it at civil speeds with no problem. The bike was every bit as tame as before on the city roads and even doing a U-turn in the parking lot.
It was only when I intentionally twisted the throttle that the bike made its capabilities known. I think anybody who is capable of showing respect for the bike will be extremely pleased with the result.
Apparently, muddy roads do not show respect for Preds bike, or likely any other bike on the road :^(
And as for Richard's TTS kit ... this guy really knows his stuff. After spending some time with him out in Indiana, it is quite apparent that he lives and breathes this stuff and really has a passion for what he's doing.
I cannot speak highly enough of Richard. Great guy and a great product.
