Posted a couple of weeks back & no brain boxes replied 
Ran rough in neutral but with clutch in & in gear it would idle ok.
After trying lots including swapping throttle bodies of another of my bikes the last (typical) sensor to check was the gear position sensor...
Bought a new upgraded one, installed it & started it...
Booom...idle's perfectly
