Sunday is Tire Change Day

Forgot to mention that the Dunlop D404s have not developed the cupping that the Metzler did. They also seem to work quite well in wet conditions.

The Avon tire took 2 oz's (56g) to balance. The Metzler had 25g's. I broke the bead and turned the tire on the rim twice in an effort to trim some of the weight. No luck. I'm not real happy with all the weight. The tire did balance perfectly with the 56g. I'm not crazy about the funky side wall on the Avon Cobra. The bike rides better with a new front tire. Lets see how it wears.
