Summer is Fading here in Indiana

Andrew, there are four seasons in Texas:

Almost summer, summer, still summer, and Christmas:roll:
I thought I would get used to it, or at least forget what it's like to have seasons, but after 10½ years I still say I miss seasons. Not to the extent of wanting to move back to Buffalo, NY but some variation in temperature would be nice.

Well............ daaaaht duuhr whur pahrty klowwws

It's all fluent Martian to me...duh...
Maybe they were Skyping again and 'Lycraboy' was asking him either "don't dare wear party clothes" or maybe rhetorically "don't you wear panties close?" ;):D:roll::roll::roll:

Well, the bottle tis done and finished with a serious slab of me old man's 88t'h BD fruitcake. @HansO would be proud of me .

My tongue is loosened - just in case Kim Jong-un is tuned in. I was an exalted **** kicker on 12 hour night and day shifts monitoring and reporting 24/7/365 airport, flight, vessel and port security incidents within Australia and a few other things to make politicians feel valued.

Yes, we were plugged in to National Security Depts and networks but most of the time the Govt free to air and private press got faster info than we did on major incidents, but then again who gets to see vids of a baby being passed through an airport X-Ray screening machine. Priceless.
Cool ! That's pretty cool and veeeeeeeeeery important ! poor baby lol

The days are getting shorter in Maine as is the case elsewhere too. We've had the remenants of Irma the past 4-5 days, very damp and somewhat cool. That's all going to change overnight tonight as drier air pushes out the damp air. Looking ahead to early next week we're expecting sunny days in the low 80s with reasonable humidity levels. This will probably be our last extended chance to ride the beast. There will be those cooler days in October to get out also. Wanting to check out the scenery, I've purchased heated gloves and jacket to extend the season. :D
