I've noticed this winter that my throttle doesn't snap back into place since its been cold. Is there some thicker grease on the sleeve or cable that makes it slow moving in the cold and ok in the summer?

I didnt see any grease on mine so you may need to add some. You also may need to take it apart and clean it. be careful doing that. Watch how you take it apart and put it together. It has to go back exactly the same. Take pics as you go if your not comfortable.

The throttle has no grease. You either have something draging like the throttle sleeve slipped down towards the handle bar weight and drags on it. or you need to spray copious amounts of WD 40 on the springs and linage where the cables hook up and in between the the throttle bodies where all th esprings are. Pull the rubber boot back on the idles stepper motor ans hit it with the WD40 also.. Then we can go from there. My bet is the throttle rubber sleeve is draging on the handle bar weight. This happens mor often when you have the throttle meister throttle lock.
