Spring Clean and Wax
Thanks CanberraR3, the purple polish works great. Its the best thing that I have tried for those wheels.
 
Have ordered some myself. I guess I must like the smell of cheap grape gum!! Actually I saw the results on Hanso's bike and the wheels looked like they'd been buffed. You might be able to see them in my photo album (can't recall). His bike is parked at the rear of the row of 4.
 
Except epoxy powder painting the only "never spent more time on it" is the
anodization ! That can be coloured in many tints and it complitely becomes non oxydable
 
Paint

lupe, you can match your bike perfect, if you get the paint thru a triumph dealer, cost a little more, but well worth it!

I would love to just have both wheels chromed and be done with it.
 
Purple polish is the gear... was incredible how it cleaned up my wheels. I've just had my wheels powdercoated gloss black and i noticed on the colour chart a bright silver, I know it's not chrome but wheels you just have to hit with a hose does have an appeal. Maybe worth a look.
