Splash Guard Removal

Took a few minnutes out of my non-hectic schedule to meander out to the garage and remove the splash guard on my Rocket. It's raining today so had the time to get this job done. Took all of 10 minutes. It requires removing one bolt from the license tag, loosening the other bolt so the plate pivots out of the way. Remove the three machine screws that hold the plate bracket on, which exposes the 4 machine screws that hold the splash guard on. Remove those screws and the guard drops off. Replace the plate bracket with the 3 screws, then bolt up the license tag and tighten. Done. A proper tail tidy looks to be a winter project, so this will suffice for the time being.

It will splash just by going over a wet road. Doesn't have to be puddles.
