Well I assembled clutch today and all went well but while back wheel was in air I gave it a spin something noisy in bevel box drained oil none
flushed it through with fresh oil metal particles but a little quieter anyone have experience of this I am thinking worse case new bevel box anyone have one for sale or know where I can get one
Nb I filled this fairly recently and greased the splines I am thinking an oil seal failed because what I thought was grease on back wheel was probably gear oil.

Now since you and I have the same insane riding style I am going to have to go drain mine and have a look see !!!!!
Oh and Pinwall does not have one listed you ,might try a general ebay search.

Pulled bevel box off full of metal I believe bevel gears are toast does anyone know if its possible to buy the guts or will I have to buy on ebay

Got one 450$ good old flea bay
will try and find parts to recondition old one.
I checked this out before i did the output shaft and everything was ok
I guess when I got on it a couple of weeks ago what I thought was the clutch going was the bevel gear
I guess you have to pay to play I wonder how many chain and sprocket sets i would have used with my driving in 60,000 miles
Anyway I fitted a brand new dunlop sportmax on the Buell yesterday and still have to scrub it in
i realy want to take the bevel box to work and open it up but I also want to run my Buell on new tire
