I'll bite. The guys and girls on our team out by far the best. Yes have seen a lot come and go in the last eight years. The ones who stayed and got through my rough attitude and outlook have become by far the best welders in the shop. Not only are they very aware of quality but get her done in good time. They have made my job very easy. Every one of them i have gone to bat for and they know that. It is what makes a team. At times i have stood up for them even at the cost of my job and position. they know this. Unlike some supervisors that throw there welders under the bus just to save there butts. Yes they refer to me as "the grand #sshole no 1. I have had their backs and in return i have had theirs. We are the misfits of the company some call us the NIGHT SHIFT. Gonna miss the CREW
