Sorry Johnny, can't help out there, without suggesting you disconnect your fuel gauge ect. and see if the fault goes away, if it does then check you installed it ok or you could have a faulty gauge which is causing the problem. BTW only use the fuel gauge to tell you if your full 1/2 empty or in desperate need, I find with mine that when the gauge hits red the warning light comes on also so its accuracy is not bad at the point you need it. Don't forget also that it doesn't read volume but only level of fuel in tank & the bottom half holds next to sod all, most fuel lives in the top section.
