Sissy Bar/Backrests

Anybody have any luck finding any cross-compatability with other brands as far as bolt spacing for the backrests/luggage racks? or anyone willing to do some custom work? I'm not in love with the factory setup, but i want to be able to use a t-bag type bag on the road.....any ideas? :?:

What kind of set up are you using now? Detachable, or Standard? I have been looking for a rack for my detachable, and have almost resigned to getting one from Triumph. Does yours have one on there now, and you just aren't happy with it? I am getting ready to go on a 1500 ride, and I was looking to get this kind of thing before I go. Picture maybe?

Heh...wish i could help....atm, I'm using the "really big WW2 era british army green duffel with the shoulder straps"....which i rest on the pillion. Good for 150 miles or so...

but the guys wanna go to Maine later this month....(about 1500 miles). :shock:
