Shame on you Harley.

There is no point in a Harley having any more power as that would mean that the rider might accidently go too fast to be noticed

Harley's are WAY too expensive thats a fact............but they do have the coolest sound! I will always give that to harley!

mutt

Harley has nice paint! they use Dot 5 Silicone brake fluid! and do have a great sound! but are way overpriced! and underpowered! if your truly into peformance! shop elswhere! the 96" twin cam makes 62 to 65 rear wheel HP. 110" screamin eagle 86hp. and yeah Ducati makes awsome V Twins! 90 degree no valve springs! I think the 1198 makes 150+ at rear wheel! but its in a ****** rocket!!!

Yesterday, while waiting for the helo's to come in to take us away from Frontenac, there was a gentleman from Arizona said that he was almost done working overseas, was going to go home and buy him a motorcycle. I asked him what was he considering...and of course he said "a Harley", I asked him why and again he said "(it's) a Harley", there is no talking to some people, I didn't say anything. After a while he came up to me and asked what kind of bike I rode/preferred (I had smirked a little when he gave me his previous answer) and I said "not a Harley, I need a real bike". He then said..."what do you mean...some jap bike?". I said: "no, a Triumph, something with power and torque...if I have to tell you then you wouldn't understand".

He got a puzzled look on his face and walked away.

The Multistrada is a nice bike. The Tiger actually had more power, etc... for 09, but Ducati up'd the specs for 2010. Of course, they took a pretty good leap in price too.
