Running the mile

Warp do you think I could make this work, I wouldn’t have to machine like you did,
Tjats a idea but eliminates amy chance of risers, weren't you inquiring about risers ? If that could be incorporated in the under the bar mount.
This is reversed rivco risers with the Scotts steering damper. On a standard 05

So you have made me do some thinking and I have to ask a question. About the touring. Manly your bar clamp

Verses what I've seen

The second even resemble the risers I installed on @Joesmoe , Pauls bike. Did triumph make a change? Or is yours a pretty accessory Triumph sells to pretty the bike up? Also could someone supply me with the center to center distance of the fork mounts where the go thru the top triple tree clamp?

No on the risers, I’ve gone to classic bars

The bar clamp I’m not sure accessory or what, I can have it machined flat though like the picture with the gpr I posted, I don’t need the ignition so I thought could remove for the bracket on that gpr, I will go measure but I’m sorry I’m not 100% sure exactly where you you want the measurement, thanks warp

Cool now I can measure a normal rocket just to see the width difference. Also I have not written off your idea. I willsay center line of the triple tree and the radial damper are important. Plus some fellers will have the need for risers , and would still have the ignition switch in play, so I would say it would be better to spend the time with a lower mount. Even the style I did on mine raise the bar about a inch. No cable or line changes. I wasn't looking for a rise and don't really notice it. Just thinking out loud
