Check the oil level and tire pressure when you get it. My dealer had the wrong air pressure in the tires. If you search the resources column in this forum for pdf it will bring up the service manual you can download. Its for 2023 but its the same for the 25. If you plan to do your own service, down load Tune ECU and buy a OBD Link mx+ obd2 reader so you can reset the service interval your self.
My GT came with the pegs set in the middle setting you can adjust it an inch forward and an inch rearward of the middle setting, it may not seem like much but it makes a difference, the extra shift linkage is under the right side cover. I eventually switched to mid controls which is the best of both worlds IMO and a lot more control over the bike.
When starting it I'd refrain from reving it for at least a minute to allow the oil to circulate. People are going to wanna hear you rev it wheb you show them the bike for the first tine so make them wait.
Take it easy and have fun, this bike can take you by surprise once you get over about 4000 rpm. Be prepared to have a permanent smile on your face while your riding.

The owners manual comes with the bike. This engine is dry sump. It has a rather unusual procedure to check oil level. The dealers don’t use the factory procedure because it requires the engine to be cold, idle for 60-90 sec, rest for 3 minutes then pull the dipstick. After delivery, mine was barely touching MIN using this procedure. I asked my Service Manager about this. He smiled and said, “anywhere between MIN & MAX”. Then he gave me a free liter of the very expensive Triumph brand ester synthetic. I added 2/3 and now I get 2/3 the way to MAX. I am much happier with this oil level especially during break-in.
