thanks for the offer I replied already on your adress

and , I WAS warned ABOUT THE GUARDIA CIVILE and spanish police by my contact in zazuar so I behaved lawfully abiding to all spanish laws while there ( i Think) so far the most frustating reccuring situation was and still is to type on either spanish or french keyboard when connecting on the net ,,,, and avoiding italians drivers on italian roads .

on another subjet I bought before leaving for frankfurt a tomtom GPS model xxl 540S for 250 dollars with north america and europe database and a neat little mount sold on ebay for the R3 handlebar the big screen helped read the directions better , but unfortunately on my return to nice from italy this GPS is designed for cars and is prone to water contamination , even when wrapped in a plastic bag on the handlebar it got water contaminated between the screen and the led,I tried everything to dry it up even used the alcool procedure but no joy ,so I had to buy another one, same model however none are available with north america database on this side of the pond . so I WILL be selling it when I return, if one of you is going to do this euro riding experience you can buy it for half price, 100 bucks, I split open the old one to see if I could have the database transfered somehow from old to new anybody has any idea how, although I doubt wether it can be done ?
so far for the trip the balance sheet pleasure versus agravation is 90% good 10% not so good,

no you did not say you were jealous and I do appreciate the subtelities in your reply to my query therefore I will indulge into eating gruyeres cheese in larger quantities some for me and some for you and naturally washing it all down with a roussette de vigny an excellent white wine from savoie , we will be visiting as well a swiss chocolate factory should I also sample some for you?

i get the feeling that you read a lot of books for the best spots in Europe. And than just lined it up.

I know Portofino and most of the roads you've ridden. And I can tell the headline "riding in paradise" is the right prahse.

after a 12 days hiatus I have hit the local roads again I also managed to shoot some tities on the beach but cannot find the pictures enoy the rest.

Wow, great views. Is there a level place in the whole country besides the water? All your shots are straight up or straight down. lol
I'd be afraid I was going to fall all the time if I went there.

I cannot for the life of me find the real good tities pictures I shot ...honest ..
but my daughter and I went for some cool rides and unfortunately while riding some young guns among all the sportbike crowd forgot to zig when zag was required, and fell off the road at speed .
a chopper came to airlift him to EMS you think it should bring a chill to all those sport riders that were waiting for the road to be reopen ! hell no they all blasted away on those new fast sportbikes .I wonder if there is not some neurones missing in these rider's brains. I am posting the trip we did, check it out we came on a road that was so narrow (after the stone bridge) that hardly two bikes could ride side by side but we screwed the pictures just like the tities part (I wonder if my daughter did not do delete on purpose the beach shots Hum....
